Homemade Turkey Burgers

RECIPE MAKES 3 SERVINGS

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • pinch of salt & pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Squeeze it together until it’s well combined
  • Divide into 3 equal portions and form into burgers about 3/4 inch thick
  • Place over medium-high heat
  •  Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes per side until cooked through
