Peak Zones - PAYG

Our Peak Zones classes are our pay as you go options which are open to non-members and current members.

These high intensity classes promises an amazing workout to kick-start your day. Whilst incorporating high intensity exercises we also include many different variations of exercise and equipment within our class.

As part of the classes we use any of the following:

  • Resistance Training
  • Kettlebells
  • Boxing
  • HIIT
  • Intervals
  • And much more!!

WHAT ARE THESE CLASSES?

MetCon

MetCon is shorthand for Metabolic Conditioning. These high intensity classes will be sure to give you the boost your body needs. With the combination of resistance training and low rest intervals you can be sure to get an amazing workout.

Tabata

Tabata is a very popular form of HIIT training. In our Tabata classes we work on a 20 sec to 10 sec ratio. With only a 10 second break between stations you have very little time to recover. If you want an insane full body workout and don't have much spare time, then this is for you!
