RECIPE MAKES 3 SERVINGS
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- pinch of salt & pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Squeeze it together until it’s well combined
- Divide into 3 equal portions and form into burgers about 3/4 inch thick
- Place over medium-high heat
- Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes per side until cooked through
