PEAK-FIT

PEAK-FIT is a 4 week phase of high intensity training. This program is trained in a large group setting where you are surrounded by like minded people with similar goals.

This high intensity training programme promises amazing results. Whilst incorporating high intensity orientated exercises we also include many different variations of exercise and equipment.

During the 6 weeks we will look at:
