Joining Peak Health has been one of the best decisions I've ever made, I've gone from doing zero training to going 4 days a week and i absolutely love it. I had planned to just do the 6 weeks, I'm now almost finished 18 weeks and I've no intention of stopping! Peak health has to be the best decision iv made. When I first started I was so nervous I was afraid to do some of the exercises. Gavin helped me build confidence and now I'm addicted. Get ready for a lifestyle change. My diet has been totally transformed, and I'm no means the finished article, I'm on my way there with the help of Gavin and his team.
It really is a full body workout, the group sessions are very good and everyone in the class I'm in are the nicest people you could meet. Everyone supports each other and drives you on to do better. Sometimes it can be tough but everyone in the group is in the same boat as you.
If you find yourself getting lost in a traditional gym type set up, this is for you. If you're not getting the results you want by yourself, this is for you.

Started what I intended to be a 6 week course. Nearly 12 weeks completed now and intend on continuing into the new year. This gym has everything you would want from a gym and more. A very friendly, social and family atmosphere with huge support both from Gavin and his crew. Have laughed so much but also learnt so much in such a short time. The class are small so you can get to know everyone and feel comfortable in a gym setting and actually have fun while training. Peak Health is a great place... I joined to loose weight and it's the first time I've felt comfortable in a gym/fitness class setting, the groups are small, so Gavin can discuss your workout and push you when needed, for me most often more than once...you have your one to one assessments every few weeks, to see how your doing and what you have achieved, Gavin then decides, if something needs to be change or not, so I can reach my goals better...nutritional advice 24/7...amazing friendly atmosphere and a great group of people to train with 5⭐️ ~ Maria

I joined Peak Health seven weeks ago after a couple of years being very unhappy with both my physical and mental position. We have three small children and both work full time and in that busy lifestyle the opportunity to eat well and exercise regularly is not always the easiest choice, and I certainly hadn't made the right choices! My weight had slowly and steadily increased, resulting in extremely low energy, lack of concentration and not being able to fully enjoy time with the kids. I found Gavin on social media and everything he talked about was exactly what I needed - a complete change.
I started the nutrition a week before training started and have completed my first (of many hopefully) six week blocks.
Within three days, my energy levels were through the roof. My sleep improved, mental energy was back to normal and I couldn't believe the immediate difference.
The training was hard and intense at first. The first leg day I couldn't walk for two days - but this only confirmed to me that it was a massive benefit. As the weeks went on, it became less a matter of pain, and more of seeing the results of regular, constant and challenging sessions.
I'm delighted by the results obtained so far - and can't wait to see what the next few months bring. I'm in the 6:30 am group and have started to really enjoy the early start to get the day going.
Gavin's support is spot on. He makes it clear - you are there because you want to be and expects full commitment. If you do, you will see everything he says you will. It is tough initially, the nutrition falls into place with preparation and support (in my case my wife has joined in with me and has been great support) and now has become just how we eat. This in turn has had a great effect on the diets of our children too.
For anybody reading this who is serious and committed and needs a change, do it today. Gavin's passion and commitment for what he does is exemplary and I cannot recommend Peak Health more strongly. ~ 

Today, I had my 12 week assessment with Gavin and I am absolutely delighted with the results.
Weight Loss and better Physique were my main goals and I have achieved exactly that. In the 12 weeks I went from 84.6kg to 71kg that's a loss of 13.6kg (over 2 stone!) whilst consuming on average 2200 calories a day.
My energy levels and concentration levels have dramatically improved and I have never been in better shape! It wasn't easy, it was a lot of hard work, consistency & preparation but I did it and I actually shocked myself with the results!
